Starbucks Coffee Company

I was on a trip taking my father home to Aurora IL, when I stopped at this Starbucks location on Lake St in Aurora. I ordered a blended caramel macchiato large thru drive thru and when I got to the window to pay and get my drink they handed me an iced caramel macchiato not a blended. When I told the drive thru person they told me that they dent do blended caramel macchiatos. Why didn't this person say anything to me when i ordered at the drive thru speaker box? Why didn't she offer me the alternative of a caramel Frappuccino? Nothing was said to me until after I got to the window and said something to them about not ordering an iced drink but a blended. I paid for the iced drink and drove away cuz it wasn't what I wanted. And although I don't live in that area but visit there quite often because of my dad living really close to that location, I will never be going back there, I would rather drive an hour to get the drink I want then to go back to that location, because the customer service was not up to par!

Terrible experience. I ordered a pistachio latte yesterday through drive through. On the way driving home, I noticed that it did not have any pistachio syrup in it. Today 07/23/2026 at 08:55 I again went through drive through and ordered the same oatmilk pistachio latte with extra shot and mentioned that this will be a replacement. When drove to the window I showed my app reciept and told the woman with glasses that yesterday my coffee was wrong. She said did you call the store? I said no I didnt. So I went ahead and paid. Now to the owners of this location or starbucks in general. When you make a mistake on an order you dont expect to waste a customers precious time to call in. You grant the request with a smile. Now find that woman with glasses and ask her not to give me a lesson to call.. teach her how to smile, say sorry and then grant the same coffee as replacement. Heres a picture of the coffee I had to pay instead of free..

Huge thank you to Manager Jessica for her kindness and support during Teacher Appreciation Week! She went above and beyond to prepare everything for the Beaupre Elementary staff, making pickup smooth and easy. The team was so grateful to start their morning with amazing Starbucks coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. Truly appreciate the great service and generosity!

Ordered online, arrived at the drive thru and waited easily 3-4 minute at the window while the young lady stood at the cash register taking another order. No "I will be with you in a moment" No nothing. One of the baristas came by and I asked him to grab the order I placed and the cashier gave me a scorned look, told me to wait and shut the drive thru window. Totally rude and ignorant behavior. From the looks of other reviews, she has a habit of doing this. This girl should be terminated. I will not visit this store again.

Quick service. Everyone looked happy. Store was clean. Lots of seating available. Great place for meet-ups. Outdoor seating available. Spacious drive-thru. Nice location. They have some cool cups available too. Right off the street, and closer to the eway.
